I was born and raised in the small town of Hesston, Kansas. I was born into a Christian Home and came to believe in and follow Christ at an early age. I graduated from Hesston High school and began to attend Bob Jones University in 1994. I graduated with a B.A. in Bible in 1998 and married my wife Tammy shortly thereafter. I continued my education at BJU, earning an M.A. in Theology in 2000. After completing my graduate work there, my wife and I moved to Daytona Beach, FL, where I was the Youth Pastor at Grace Baptist Church for 8 years. Our three Children, Caleb, Abbie and Megan were born during our years in Florida. In 2009, the Lord brought us to Fourth Baptist Church and FBCS. I currently serve as the Pastor of Senior and Student Ministries for Fourth Baptist Church. I am teaching the Freshman Bible Class this year at FBCS, and am a coach for girls’ soccer.
